Pick your own Golden Melon
TKPM Serdang (Taman Kekal Pengeluaran Makanan - Serdang Permanent Food Production Park) is a special commercial agricultural zone created by the government. Located in the Serdang Agricultural Complex, this area was developed under the supervision of the Department of Agriculture to enable agribusiness entrepreneurs to carry out large-scale food production in a modern and consistent manner.
Sites and infrastructure such as fertigation systems and open crop farms are open to entrepreneurs and agricultural graduates to generate income.
TKPM regularly hosts “Pick On Your Own" events where visitors can harvest fruits & vegetables directly from the greenhouses at their integrated farms in Serdang.
Cik Zulfa’s farm is open for harvesting until 15 June. She is great to chat with. Fun and informative. Salute her for her hard work and enthusiasm.
I love visiting farms although mozzies and I are dire enemies! Love picking my own veggies and fruits.
