It should be Uncle John’s Golden Thread Noodles or Jinsi Mian!!!
This restaurant is new; just 3 months old. Their specialty is Jinsi mian. Their menu is simple. It is Jinsi mian served with fried egg and a meat of your choice. Noodles are really nice. Crunchy kind.
