Shanghai Botanical Garden - The Chinese Cymbidium Room
The Chinese Cymbidium Room (Orchids)
Obviously, this is not only a room. It is a beautiful Chinese garden with pavilions and walkways. This garden specializes in Chinese Orchids (Cymbidium).These orchids are not like the usual chubby sized orchids. These have narrow leaves and long drooping flowers. Confucius called these magnificent flowers the "King of Fragrance".
This garden would be in full bloom in Spring!
