These old restored buildings used to be market for construction materials.
It is now aiming to be the new Xintiandi.
We enjoyed a lunch at a South American restaurant named Azul. Most enjoyable of all were having cute doggies around us as we ate. We enjoyed their meetings and little fights and running around.
This place could be exciting, I believe, once all shops are occupied and people start discovering it. It was not too crowded when we were there. Lots of people brought their dogs for a walk and a meal together with their friends. If the weather is good, it is a good chillout place. Most of the restaurants there are foreign so there is a good mixture of local and expats.
