The month of May has arrived! It is Spring in the Northern Hemisphere and Autumn in the Southern Hemisphere....two of my favourite seasons of the year. Spring where flowers start to bloom and life starts to be colourful; and Autumn for me is snow, presents, love, and romance!
I am featuring the shy, bashful, fun Mimosa Pudica this month; otherwise known as the Shy or Tickle Me Plant. In my country, this fun and sensitive plant is a wild one...very often ignored...but never by me!
I still remember the first time my friends showed me this plant; when I was about 10 yrs old. I watched to my amazement as the leaves shut themselves the second I touched them...and it still amazes me til this day. God has really creative ideas!!

Flower for thought...Did you know that in some countries, this plant is regarded as an aphrodisiac for frigid women? Hehe...that's where "fun" comes in *grinnnnnnnnn*
