This is a grand luxurious Chinese restaurant that serves Huaiyang cuisine 淮揚菜
Huaiyang cuisine is one of the Four Great Traditions in Chinese cuisine; cooking styles from the Huai'an region and Yangzhou in Jiangsu Province.
