German Christmas Market at the Rockbund, December 2021
This year there was an entrance fee, 30 Yuan, so naturally it was chaotic on the first afternoon. This was at 4pm. It was the usual hassle of registration and paying online and temperature checks and health codes checks.... and after much grumble, we got in!

I have always loved Christmas Markets especially in the cold. This market was beautiful and joyous and with lots of delicious foooooooooood! It is bigger this year with an additional merry-go-round. Great to experience such a grand Christmas Market in Shanghai, China.
