It was curious to find out what was the “TOK TOK TOK” sound as we were walking back to our car after dinner. So we diverted our walk towards the loud knocking. Ahhhhh! Sotong ketuk! OMG haven’t seen this since school days, in from of Capital cinema.
The Boss sotong was really friendly and we started chatting. They are here at 88 Marketplace on Fridays & Saturdays; the whole week they are usually at Asia City. Guess it was fated we met.
Such patience he has, grilling each piece of dried squid on his charcoal grill, then hammering it til its puffy.
Rach was literally conducting her own orchestra in her mind when she tasted the Braised squid. She said, “ I am 12 years old again.”
