LOVE these kind of showcasing.
This was solely by MARDI ~ Malaysia Agriculture Research & Development Institute.
Loved to observe and learn from each state in Malaysia and their specialization (produce / production) as of today.
And MARDI made it such a nice eventful day trip even for families with kids.

This lady was so friendly and cheerful. I overheard her speaking Hokkien so I requested for her to speak Hokkien while I videoed her. Hehe she was so sporting!
Yes, I bought the Keropok Lekor here but I tried everything as they were so nice and generous.
Keropok Getel
Slogan: “Gentel-gentel terus goreng”
Getel snack
First of all, “keropok lekor” is a traditional Malay snack made of fish and sago. Originated from Terengganu.
The word “getel” mean rolling the dough in small pieces.
Therefore, this video shows the art of making “keropok getel”, a name for a fish cracker snack inspired by the way they are made and prepared according to old traditions. These snacks have their own uniqueness and taste from the way of preparation where they are rolled in front of customers and fried immediately.
Their slogan directly translates to “Roll-roll fry immediately!”
Melaka
Yup, I bought some spicy Melaka paste to try.
This vendor sells Passion fruit cookies. Yummy!
