Sichuan Province 四川省 .
I think I finally got the address correct!
It was a rainy day and so we decided to try out a Tibetan dinner, suggested by our driver. Wu, our driver, was enthusiastic about us trying it and I was glad that he also joined us that evening. The more the merrier. Moreover, the waitresses also sang and danced for us, which made our night more cheerful.
Huang Ha Da Zi Jia restaurant
There were some Tibetan rituals we had to follow before entering our dining room.
First, there's a chant to express gratitude and appreciation.
Second, wash hands before entering the restaurant.
Third, spin the Tibetan prayer wheels.
Tibetan prayer wheels are called Mani Chos 'Khor.
They are used to accumulate good karma and purify bad karma.

Free flow of Qingke Wine
Qingke Barley Liquor is an essential drink in Tibetan meals. Qingke means Highland Barley, produced in Qinghai - Tibet Plateau. It is a light and a lil sweet wine.
Ya Tea
Also free flowing was the Tibetan's buttered tea, locally known as Po Cha. Main ingredients in this tea are yak butter, yak milk, tea and salt. It is a daily drink for the Tibetans as it keeps them warm and gives them energy. It is a light tea and tastes a little salty. I loved it!

Dumplings, buckwheat bread, and Zanba
Zanba or Tsampa
These cakes are made with roasted barley flour, pea and oat powder.
Soup with yak meat and cabbage
Main tray was Yak meat and potatoes with hot pepper powder. A piece of yak meat together with a slice of garlic and a piece of onion... all popped into the mouth together. YUM!
