From Thailand but married a Malaysian and have been here for many years.
Her Khao Kha Moo ข้าวขาหมู is super duper flavorful.
I found her just last year, operating a stall in Restaurant How Yekee, behind Happy Mansion. Wow with all her work, she only charges RM12 per plate.
She braised the pork legs at home for 3 hours, another 1 hour when she come to the stall, then the pork leg will be kept on low fire throughout the hours she’s open.
