Operating from his home in Kampung Sri Pandan, Putatan Sabah, his burgers and BBQ sets literally flies off the minute he opens shop. Grab delivery starts at 3.30pm. Dine in starts from 5.30pm. By 7.30pm… everything is GONE!
Our dinner was prebooked a week in advance. Just cos I needed to make sure I get to eat his wonderful cooking. Flying to KK then hunting for his home was stressful enough but very worth my time and effort. I cannot must not hear the words “Finished liao” when I reach Chef Dan!!!!!!
