Indian flavors in Hyderabad

We lived in The Westin when we were at Hyderabad for 9 days in October 2019. Chef Rajeev and Chef Shivam took real good care of us during our stay at the hotel. I was most excited because I got to taste all sorts of Indian cooking especially during breakfast time. I learnt that 'thosai' is spelt as 'dosa' here. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel every day, and boy....were we well fed!!!

As of today, Chef Shivam has been promoted to Jr Sous Chef at The Westin Hyderabad and Chef Rajeev is a Chef De Cuisine at Hyatt, Doha. We are most honored to have met these 2 fantastic chefs who had made our stay in Hyderabad so memorable.
