Wanjo went viral not too long ago for charging customers RM1 if they choose to sit in the AC section!
Such a petty complaint. Nobody is forcing anybody to sit and pay. Make your choice.
I went to Kampung Baru in search for the famous Rumah Biru. So I decided to try nasi lemak at Wanjo. Parking was easy too.
Staff were very friendly. All smiles when they saw me. I stood afar just to peek at their lauk; didn’t want to disturb the queue. For a week day, the place was considered crowded to me. Still could find an empty table here and there though. The non AC area is huge.
My nasi lemak with sambal kerang, begedil and paru goreng.
And, 1 Teh O Ais. RM19
Not much taste to me. Rice was not santan enough and not fragrant at all. The lauk was so so. Sambal was sweet.
Not my taste at all here, unfortunately.
