Second visit to Azul Italiano at Sinar Mas Plaza
Service had deteriorated this time. Place was not crowded. They must have forgotten our order because we had to wait for a loooooooong time after the first dish of meatballs arrived. I have a habit of waiting for all dishes to arrive to start eating because I hate eating something and then have to stop and wait. So, after the first dish of meatballs arrived..... nothing came for a good half hour. Other tables were getting their food already and they had arrived later than us. Hmmmm.
Trying to patient when I am hungry is very painful!!!
Gently asked 3x what happened to our order and they promised to check but nothing came. Ended up becoming demanding customers and we received a 2nd dish of meatballs as an apology. Food finally came but good mood had disappeared. Luckily their pizza is of good quality.
Favorite lemon pie. This time the sorbet had shrunk half its initial size!
Today, sky was quite clear so the top of the building could be seen. The last time we visited, the top was covered by clouds!
