Kobe Terrace
This is a 1 acre public park located on a hillside in the Seattle China International District. Known for its Cherry trees from Kobe, Japan (Seattle's International Sister City).
I did not see any Cherry blossoms but more of Rhododenrons. I felt that this park is quite untidy. It was serene walking around this park, no doubt.
