Such a beautiful building. Used to be Tunku Abdul Rahman’s official residence, I believed.
Very poorly maintained. I was disappointed. It was the ‘boringest’ museum I have ever visited. 3 floors filled with gigantic photos and lots of history and words, but THAT’S IT! No life at all. Some of the digital dioramas and exhibitions were spoilt and left that way. Top floor was super hot. Gift shop was dead too!
Photography is not allowed inside the building. Nothing to take anyways! Pity they did not allow visitors to walk around the ‘house’ as the walkways were spacious and there’s a patio with a fountain that’s not working. At least give us a chance to admire the architecture.
