KK Chocolate House (Cocoa Kingdom)
I was so so so happy to have finally found a chocolate place in Kota Kinabalu. Sabah used to be the original Cocoa Land but then politics happened 🤣😂🤣😂
Nevertheless, I am joyful to see one factory set up and hope there are more to come. This chocolate house has a huge gift shop and a cafe but they also have a small showroom (glass - panelled) to show visitors how they made chocolates or decorate chocolates. They also set up nice photography corners and a simple explanation about the process of cacao into cocoa. Nicely done!
A rep followed us all around the gift shop eagerly offering chocolates for us to taste. Very friendly and generous. They do have a variety of products made from chocolates other than the actually chocolate bars.
