Flavorful but very different from what I’m used to. They add Ham Choi (salty veg) and Peanuts into the noodles. Hmmm!
Mr. Poon Yee was the founder of Yee Kee in the 1930s. He hailed from Dai Dong Po Village in Hainan, China.
