This street food took me by surprise!
They are really not ‘pies’ that we are used to, but rather crispy flatbread that’s stuck to the walls of the clay oven to be cooked. Result? Crispy and VERY flavorful Chinese flatbreads.

They even have kosong flatbreads if you want one!
Boss was really friendly. He warmly introduced us to the variety of food he offered in his little shop.
He let us taste the red bean flatbread. Really yummy.
