Taste of Medan, Segambut
Had to wait for the Buddhist association to prepare for the opening ceremony of the Hungry Ghost Festival so I had fill my tummy first!
This makan place was just by the opera stafe so easy for me to peek at them getting ready. Lady boss looks Chinese, very friendly snd chatty. Kept asking me if food was ok. They were suppose to be closed today (Monday) but she had nothing much to do at home so she decided to open shop.
My luck cos food here was yummy.
Nasi kuning with rendang, and Ribena lemon
These trees were by the road side. Such are beautiful and old.
