Bagan Seberang

Entrance to Bagan Seberang village
One the yummiest places in the whole of Malaysia (strictly my opinion only)!

Bagan Seberang is located across the Kurau River from Kuala Kurau. Just cross the bridge from Kuala Kurau, turn left after the signboard, and you are here.

The food is super duper YUMMY!

Locals call this drink Ho Kar Sai  虎咬狮 . It is a neat mixture of coffee and milo. It is RM2.50 per glass and believe me, one glass is not enough, at least for me!

When you stand on the banks of Kurau River, on the Bagan Seberang side, you will see Kuala Kurau fishing village, as shown in these photos.

Fish farms

The tastiest Kuey Teow Soup ever! The soup must be cooked with seafood.

Curry noodles with a generous amount of seafood, especially stingray

Off and on, various food will be served on trays. Kinda like dim sum style.
These are deep fried prawn rolls.

Char Kuey Teow. Crazy yummy. Had it 2 times!

My 2nd glass....or 3rd....I don't remember!!!

We had to come back on our last morning to Bagan Seberang as there are still many delicacies to try!

It was a rainy morning
Prawn crackers

Outside the food court...stalls were set up by 11.30 AM. These young people would take their food and serve them in trays to the people in the food court.
