I first discovered this kopitiam in 2018 when I explored Chemor. WOW! Pure no nonsense Hakka food. 

You can see how they stuffed their taufu. No digging the taufu out to stuff meat. The taufu is intact which a huge chunk of meat is carefully inserted. 

Look at their Chai kueh. Skin so thin that you can see the insides and the insides are bursting out. SO Generous.
