The famous Chef Ammar
He has a stall up in the Putrajaya Bazar Ramadan Presint 3 this year. Used to read stories about him from the past bazar ramadans but was never crazy enough to try his lamb shank.
This time we so happened to visit this bazar because of the festival bazar that was going on just across the area from the bazar. Noticed Chef Ammar’s very attractive stall at the corner. Might as well try his cooking lah!
Nasi mandi was tasty. Filled with nuts, raisins and spices. Lamb shank was flavorful. Obviously cooked for a long time. Chicken was okay lah.
