What a long name in Google!
Kah Hiong is famous in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah for its Beef Noodles. NGIU CHAP is what we call Mixed Beef Parts or Beef Campur in Sabah.
It is really good to see the Kah Hiong name ventured out to West Malaysia. They have been here for a good 10 years already. Only now I visited them!
The unique thing about this branch in Puchong is that nobody hailed from Sabah; only the recipe originated from Sabah!
Good that they have perfected it or improving it still.
They also imported our kick ass chili sauce!
So, a meal here really do taste like home.
