The Lavender Garden in Cameron Highlands is simple a joy to visit.
We have come here a few times but it is always nice to come every now and then to enjoy the flowers and to see what's new. Entrance fees seems to increase each time we come! It is RM12 per person now.
This is a huge farm and now they have extended the back part and added a strawberry garden on the first level. However, I disagree on how they do it. The walking platforms above your head are a see-through platform, with holes in them. At first I was thinking about dirt falling from people's shoes on top of the heads of people below. Then....I thought...if one is indecently dressed, it could be dangerous as well! What say you? Whatever it is, signboards should be put up for the public, as reminders or warnings.
They have built a staircase to walk to the top level for people who like to pick their own strawberries.
Looking upwards to the strawberry farm. It is very nicely done but not a pleasant sight or feeling when people are walking around on top of your head.
Our purple background is not lavenders. They are Lavender Spur Flowers
