Xihe Yayuan Peking Duck Restaurant in Beijing

羲和雅苑

Located in the luxurious China World Mall, Beijing. We visited this restaurant on our first evening in Beijing as we were staying at the China World Hotel. Awesome food!

We started off with a cold salad of water chestnuts, Hawthorn fruit and jasmine flower buds. 

Absolutely divine!

Pigeon egg, fish maw and baby geoduck soup. Crazy delicious!

Beef stew

The famous Peking Duck set which included wheat pancakes and a condiment box

The duck skin should be eaten by dipping into the sweet sauce and sugar.

The white and dark duck meat go into the wraps with ingredients from the condiment box.

I especially loved the honey mustard sauce

Enjoyed the food in this restaurant very much.

Prices are on the expensive side but if food is this good, it is worth it!
