Ladies & Gentlemen, this is Pasar Payang in Kuala Terengganu and it is a GIANT-sized market!

 I was upset when I saw turtle eggs for sale in so many stalls in this market. 

Yes, it is legal in Terengganu to sell turtle eggs.

Crystal Mosque

Masjid Kristal @ Crystal Mosque is located in the Islamic Heritage Park in Wan Man Island just off Kuala Terengganu. Completed in 2008, it is a grand structure made of steel, glass and crystal. It is uniquely designed for the glass reflects off the water and it gives you different shades of rays each time you look at it. Sitting by the waters and admiring this mosque just gives you a serene feeling.

 Favorite hobby here: flying kites! Chatted with this father who brought his 2 young kids to spend the evening at the park just right next to the Crystal Mosque. I was amazed that he instructed his 2 yr old son to hold on to the string and fly the kite!!!
