Longhua Temple
First built in 242AD during the Three Kingdoms Period. This temple is quite unique as the halls are designed one after another in a straight line. Nevertheless, any one is welcome to wander around the compound, with respect. This temple is supposedly the oldest and largest temple in Shanghai, but the pagoda is believed to have existed since 977. during the Song Dynasty.
