Agacia Land or Bandar Agacia

We are in Kampar, Perak!

This is the land of Agacia, a Disney themed land of shop houses, colorful and happy.

The only thing about this land is that it is yet to be fully operating. As of today, there are only a few restaurants operating. It is quite pathetic. I feel that if this place is fully occupied, it would quite a 'happening' place to be in the evenings. Right now, people come here for photography purposes. That's it!

The tall impressive building at the back of the shop houses is Champ Elysees which houses a penthouse, studio suites, 2 bedroom suites and 160 units as part of a hotel. At least that's the plan!

Kit is one of my good friends from Sabah.

And this pub... *forehead slap*... not sure who is the boss or whose smart idea was this?!!!!!!
