Ji Xin Chun restaurant is located in Pingjiang Historical Quarters in Suzhou.
I was fascinated in the way they served their side dishes so I wanted to try. Everything tasted fantastic! They serve rice and noodles but I believe noodles are their specialty. Side dishes are up to your choice but I wanted the standard set. So we ordered one noodle set and an a la carte noodle soup.
The pretty presentation is enough to make anyone salivate!
