This was our Artic Nature & Fjord tour around the island of Kvaloya. Our tour guide, Tommaso, was fun and a great photographer. He took us to see an old fishing village, and the “sunset” at 2PM and many fjords but we stopped at the beautiful Ersfjordbotn Fjord for photo taking. The hike in ankle deep snow was quite a challenge! Then we stopped by an artic beach; a beach with snow to have a warm drink and School Buns known as Skoleboller. It is a Norwegian sweet bun filled with custard and top with coconut.
