I must say this place has been greatly used for graffiti art and contemporary art. It was just around the corner from Mathallen. Apparently, this is a live band area. I see cafes and pubs around and along a river walkway. Music festivals are held here annually.
Artists were at work when we were strolling about. They were working on an empty piece of a wall.
