Thai Pan Mee 沙登正宗泰国辣汤板面
1959 Jalan SK13/8
Kampung Baru Seri Kembangan
The craziest and yummiest kickass TOM YUM.
Authentic. Attractive. Powerful.
In BM, we say “Pedas nak mampos” but SYOK 🤣
Well, you can always ask for less spicy or a bit spicy but being our first time here, gotta try the original 🔥
This kampung house was our breakfast place today. Waze was really good. I thought it was having a headache bringing us there; in the middle of a Chinese village in the middle of somewhere in Seri Kembangan. After so many “turn right” and “turn left”, I thought we were heading to Timbuktu!
Roads were narrow too. When we reached this place, I was like hmmm, park where?
There were only 3 ladies running the stall today in the house. They are Thai. But OMG, they can speak Mandarin, Cantonese and Hakka 😱 My first time listening to Thai people speaking Hakka 👍🏼 Salute!
See that lady sitting down wearing a mask? She was waiting to take away a packet of noodles. She was happily speaking Hakka to the Thai ladies. And when she was ready to leave, she stopped by our table and we told her to walk carefully. Seeing that we spoke Hakka, she chatted a bit.
She is 90 years. Leaving behind this makan place. Her eyes are failing, she said, but she is healthy, no other health problems to worry about.
Kick-Ass Powerful Tom Yum 🔥
Dry Pan Mee with a bowl of Pork soup
Happy Tom Yum Lover!
