I was sooooo disappointed when I saw it was under construction. I wonder since when? Plants had started growing around the site. And I didn’t see any work being done when I happened to be near a few times when I visited Ho Chi Minh. Hmmmmm 🤔
The funny thing was, there was a man who was trying to make money off taking portraits… of the church under construction!!! What in the world was that about?
