Local artists… YAYYY!
The launch ceremony was graced by the presence of KDYMM Seri Paduka Baginda Raja Permaisuri Agong Tunku Hajah Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah Binti Almarhum Al Mutawakkil Alallah Sultan Iskandar Al-Haj.
There is a section in the gallery that highlights the Pahang Pavilion which features Queen Azizah’s private collection of Kain Tenun.
There’s about 20 galleries featuring their artists / artworks and a couple of guests artists from Indonesia. Most interesting to see Sarawak textile and designs here as well.
This art festival is on its 4th year but I only heard of it this year! Never too late.
